In short
- Savat gives a seller a storefront website, a Telegram shop and a management panel under the seller’s own brand. By submitting the sign-up form, you accept these Terms (Section 2).
- You are responsible for goods, prices, delivery and obligations to buyers; you publish your documents for buyers in the panel yourself (Section 5).
- The subscription is for at least 3 months, and the exact price is set in your contract. Your card is not charged automatically. No commission is charged on orders in your own channels (Section 6).
- If payment is late, new orders are restricted, but accepted orders and export keep working (Section 7).
- If you cancel the subscription early, the payment for that period is not refunded; this rule does not apply if it is canceled through Savat’s fault or because the Terms have changed (Section 11).
- Your Content and data belong to you: you can export them at any time (Section 8).
1. Definitions
- Savat, we: the savat.app service (an online sales platform for sellers) and the party that operates it.
- Platform: the seller.savat.app website, the seller panel, storefront websites, Telegram shops and the related services.
- Panel: the store management panel (the web version at seller.savat.app and the Savat Seller app).
- Seller, you: a person who has signed up on the Platform, uses it for business activities and is entitled under the law to carry on trading activities (for example, a legal entity or an individual entrepreneur).
- Storefront: the seller’s online store on the Platform (a website, a Telegram Mini App and, if ordered, a branded mobile app).
- Buyer: a person who buys goods or services from the seller through the Storefront.
- Staff: the employees and couriers the seller adds to the Panel.
- Plan: a set of features and limits (Start, Pro, Max), published in the Pricing section of the seller.savat.app website.
- Agreement: these Terms, the documents they refer to and the subscription terms agreed separately with the seller (a contract or a corporate offer).
- Content: the information the seller posts on the Platform: products, images, texts, prices, logo and documents.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
- These Terms are a public offer under Articles 367 and 369 of the Civil Code: Savat offers to conclude the Agreement on these terms with every seller who accepts them.
- When you submit the sign-up form, you are deemed to have accepted the Terms in full and unconditionally (acceptance). Paying a subscription invoice also counts as acceptance (Article 370 of the Civil Code). The form informs you of this.
- If Savat receives your notice withdrawing the acceptance before or at the same time as the acceptance itself, the acceptance is deemed not received (Article 371 of the Civil Code). After you sign up, you withdraw from the Agreement in the manner set out in Section 11.
- The Agreement is concluded on the day of acceptance, has no fixed term and remains in force until it is terminated under Section 11. The paid subscription period is set in your contract and is at least 3 months.
- By accepting the Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are authorized to act on behalf of the business.
- By accepting the Terms, you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy, including its transfer to the countries listed in Section 6 of that Policy. The Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms.
- The subscription price and payment terms are set in a separate contract with you. If a separate contract or a corporate offer differs from these Terms, the separate contract or corporate offer prevails.
- Messages and confirmations sent in electronic form through the Panel, by SMS code, email or Telegram are treated as equivalent to written form (Articles 14 and 15 of the Law “On Electronic Commerce”).
- The Agreement is drawn up in the state language (Article 21 of the Law “On Electronic Commerce”). The Russian and English texts of the Agreement and of the documents it refers to are translations; in case of any discrepancy, the Uzbek text prevails.
3. Description of the service
Savat gives the seller an online sales system under the seller’s own brand:
- Storefront website: an online store with the seller’s name, colors and catalog, on a Savat subdomain or, once domain ownership, DNS and TLS have been verified, on the seller’s own domain.
- Telegram shop: a Mini App inside the seller’s bot, and messages about orders to the seller’s Telegram group.
- Management panel: orders, products and catalog (with import from an Excel file), customers and chat, inventory, branches and delivery zones, staff and permissions, promotions and bonuses, reviews, reports, storefront design and languages.
- Delivery management: a courier app, a live map and a cash report. Deliveries are made by the seller’s couriers or by a service the seller has engaged; Savat provides the tools for this.
- Online payment: the buyer’s payment goes to the seller’s own Payme or Click merchant account; the merchant account is verified before it is enabled.
- AI tools: generating icons and images for catalog categories with AI (with a monthly limit under the Plan) and translating product texts with AI.
- Store documents: publishing terms of use, return and exchange rules, a public offer and a privacy policy for buyers in Uzbek, Russian and English.
- Branded mobile app: an add-on service on the Pro and Max plans: an iOS and Android app with the seller’s name, logo and colors. Its price and terms are agreed separately.
- Savat app (Marketplace): showing your store in the Savat customer app. It is optional, depends on the Plan and is enabled after a separate review. Its terms, including Savat’s commission, are agreed separately before it is enabled.
Features and limits (the number of products, branches, staff, couriers, promotions, storefront languages and AI images) depend on the chosen Plan. Savat keeps developing the Platform and may update its features; we will notify you of significant changes as set out in Section 12.
4. Account and security
- When signing up, you provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Savat verifies business information and documents. Once they are approved, the store account and the chosen subdomain are activated. Changes to approved information are also reviewed.
- Store activation, catalog content, Stories, promotions and delivery zones may be subject to review by Savat.
- Do not share your username, password or SMS codes with anyone. You are responsible for actions taken from your account.
- You add Staff yourself and assign them roles and permissions. You are responsible for their actions on the Platform.
- By entering your Telegram bot token and payment merchant account keys, you authorize Savat to manage the Storefront and orders through them on your behalf. You are responsible for keeping them valid and for complying with the rules of Telegram, Payme or Click.
- If you suspect that your account has been compromised, change your password, end active sessions and notify us immediately.
5. Seller’s obligations
5.1. Goods and sales
- You are responsible for the goods and services sold on the Storefront and for their price, quality, description, availability and delivery. You conclude the sales contract with the buyer; Savat is not a party to that contract.
- Information about goods, including the price, is provided in the state language (Article 6 of the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”); prices are shown in soums (Article 9 of the Law “On Currency Regulation”).
- You hold the required documents for any activity that requires a license or permit, and you do not sell goods that are prohibited by law or whose circulation is restricted.
- You are responsible for taxes, fiscal receipts and reporting on your own sales.
5.2. Obligations to buyers and store documents
- In your relations with buyers, you comply with the legislation on consumer protection and electronic commerce, including the rules on returning goods and refunding money.
- You give buyers reliable information about yourself: your full name and legal form, state registration details and taxpayer identification number (STIR), address, email, phone number and, if required, your license (Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 185 of 2 June 2016, item 11).
- You write and publish your public offer, return and exchange rules, terms of use and privacy policy in the Panel yourself. Savat does not provide ready-made texts for these documents; you are responsible for ensuring that they are accurate, complete and lawful.
- You respond to buyers’ inquiries, reviews and questions in chat.
5.3. Buyer and Staff data
- You are the owner of the data of buyers collected through your own channels (orders, customer database, chats), of the data of other persons you enter in the Panel yourself, and of the data of Staff. You process this data on a lawful basis and state this in your own privacy policy, including information about the service providers Savat uses and about transfers abroad.
- Savat processes this data only to provide the service to you and on your instructions (Article 31 of the Law “On Personal Data”). Savat does not sell it or use it for its own purposes, ensures its confidentiality and security, uses only the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy, notifies you if the data is leaked and, after the Agreement ends, destroys it in accordance with Section 11.
- Savat itself is responsible for a buyer’s Savat account, orders placed through the Savat app and the statistics of storefront pages on the Savat domain (Privacy Policy).
- You are responsible for the analytics and advertising tools you connect to the Storefront yourself (Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel) and, where necessary, obtain buyers’ consent.
- You send advertising messages to buyers only with their prior consent (Article 30 of the Law “On Advertising”).
5.4. Prohibited actions
The Platform may not be used for:
- selling goods and services that are prohibited by law or sold without the required permit;
- posting content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others, false or misleading information, or other information prohibited by law (Article 12-1 of the Law “On Informatization”);
- spam, fraud, or collecting other people’s data without permission;
- attempting to hack the Platform, circumvent its protection, access other sellers’ data or overload the Platform;
- copying or reselling the Platform, or creating a competing service based on it.
Savat may remove content that breaks these rules or refuse to publish it; in the event of a serious or repeated breach, the account may be suspended in accordance with Section 11.
6. Plans, subscription and payment
- Plans, their features and monthly prices are published in soums in the Pricing section. The prices on the website are the published monthly prices of the Plans; your exact price, period, discount and payments are set in your contract.
- The service is provided on a subscription basis; the minimum subscription term is 3 months.
- A one-time setup fee for the subscription (if agreed) and payment deadlines are set in your contract. To conclude a contract or change your Plan, contact support; you can change your Plan at any time.
- Invoices are generated according to the contract date and are shown in the Panel with their number, date, amount, due date and status.
- Your card is not charged automatically for the subscription: you pay the invoice yourself.
- Savat charges no commission on orders received through your own channels (the storefront website, the Telegram shop and the branded app) and does not limit their number. If Payme or Click charges a fee for its service, that is a matter between you and the payment system.
- The subscription fee is accounted for separately from buyers’ payments and from Savat app (Marketplace) settlements.
- Accounting documents required by law, including electronic invoices (hisob-faktura), are issued in the prescribed manner.
7. Late payment
- If an invoice is not paid on time, the subscription enters a grace period. The last payment date before the service is suspended is shown in the Panel.
- If no payment is made during the grace period either, the subscription is suspended: accepting new direct orders is restricted. Accepted orders, returns, settlements and export keep working, so you can fulfill your obligations to buyers and retrieve your data.
- Once the debt is paid, contact support to restore the service.
8. Data, content and intellectual property
- The Platform, its software and design, and the “Savat” name and logo belong to Savat. While the Agreement is in force, you are granted a simple (non-exclusive), non-transferable right to use the Platform for your own business within your Plan.
- Your Content and business data belong to you. By posting them, you grant Savat the right, for the term of the Agreement and in order to provide the service, to store and process them (for example, to resize images or translate texts) and to display them on your Storefront.
- You warrant that you have the right to post the Content and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
- Images and translations created by the AI tools are intended for use on your Storefront. You are responsible for checking them before publishing them.
- You can export your data at any time: products (XLSX), the customer list (CSV), orders and financial transactions.
- To improve the Platform, Savat may use aggregated, depersonalized statistics (statistics that cannot be linked to a specific person or store).
9. Service availability and support
- We take reasonable measures to keep the Platform running without interruption, but we do not guarantee that it will work without errors or interruptions. Maintenance, updates and failures in external services (the internet, Telegram, payment systems, app stores, hosting) may affect its operation.
- We will notify you of planned maintenance in advance whenever possible.
- Support: requests within the Panel (with file attachments and callback requests), Telegram, phone and email (Section 14).
- External services such as Telegram, Payme, Click and app stores are also subject to their own rules. Savat is not responsible for how they work.
10. Liability
- The parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance of their contractual obligations in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Savat is not liable for: relations between the seller and the buyer (quality of goods, delivery, returns, payment); the seller’s content and documents; failures in external services; the consequences of the seller or its Staff disclosing usernames, passwords or codes.
- Savat does not compensate for lost profits (Article 14 of the Civil Code).
- Savat’s liability does not exceed twice the subscription amount paid for the billing period in which the damage was caused (Articles 14 and 706 of the Civil Code).
- These limitations do not apply to intentional breaches (Article 333 of the Civil Code).
- The seller compensates Savat for the losses Savat incurs from claims brought against it because the seller breached the Terms, the law or the rights of third parties.
- The parties are not liable if they cannot perform an obligation because of force majeure (natural disasters, war, decisions of government authorities, large-scale communication outages).
11. Suspension and termination
- You may terminate the Agreement at any time and ask for your account to be deleted: through “Delete account” in the Panel settings or by writing to hello@savat.app.
- Early cancellation. If you cancel the subscription before the end of the paid or agreed period, the price for that period is payable in full and is not refunded (Article 707 of the Civil Code), unless your contract provides otherwise. This rule does not apply if the Agreement is terminated through Savat’s fault or under Section 12 (because you do not agree to a change in the Terms): the amount paid for the unused period is refunded.
- Savat may suspend the account or terminate the Agreement if the Terms are breached seriously or repeatedly, if prohibited goods are sold, if the law requires it, or if payment is still not made after the subscription has been suspended. Except in cases of unlawful activity or a threat to security, we will notify you in advance and give you time to remedy the breach.
- Data. Export your data before the Agreement ends; export also works while the subscription is suspended. When the Agreement ends or the account is deleted, access to the Panel, the Storefront and the Telegram shop ends. The data you manage (store, content, orders, customer database, Staff) is destroyed or depersonalized within the periods set by law. This does not include buyers’ Savat accounts. Data that the law requires to be kept (for example, accounting documents) is retained for the period set by law.
- Termination of the Agreement or suspension of the subscription does not release you from the obligation to pay any outstanding debt.
12. Changes to the Terms
- Savat may change the Terms. Each new version is published on this page with its effective date.
- We will notify you of significant changes in advance through the Panel or using the contact details you provided when signing up.
- If you continue to use the Platform after the new version takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted it. If you do not agree, you may terminate the Agreement before it takes effect (Section 11).
13. Governing law and disputes
- The Agreement is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- Disputes are first settled through negotiation. Send your claim in writing, with supporting documents, to hello@savat.app; it will be answered within 15 days of receipt (Articles 17 and 18 of the Law “On Contracting and Legal Basis of Activity of Business Entities”).
- If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
- If any provision of the Terms is found to be invalid, the other provisions remain in force.
14. Contact
Send questions about the Terms, your subscription and your contract through these channels; send claims by email only (Section 13). Savat’s company details are set out in the contract concluded with you and in accounting documents.
